Meanwhile...

Over in Tallahassee, we are in the middle of transforming our backyard from this:

Into this:

We've installed the actual patio tiles and shrubs (Yew) around the air conditioner. Tonight we will be installing boxwoods, a tea olive tree, and mondo grass. In order to save a little money on the project, we've decided to go with itty-bitty boxwoods. We will see and I will post pictures tomorrow! Fingers crossed that our little plants will survive this major drought that we are in!

Playzure Paddlers 2011

This past weekend was the 41st Schulz Family canoe trip and our first year camping at George's property on the Chipola River. With ideal swimming and campsites overlooking the river, I think we'll continue to camp George's property!!

Still Waiting!

We took this picture 4 1/2 weeks ago after we completely cleared out our upstairs and back half of the house. We are still patiently waiting until it is ready to move back in. My new guess is mid-July. We'll see!

Not quite Domino, but...

...there we are in May's issue of Wiregrass Magazine! These pictures were taken after renovation phase one, last spring, and we are actually in the middle of phase two right now. Can't wait to show before and afters!
